Whatup Party People!

Greetings! Erica here and firstly, I would like to just simply say hello J Now, this is actually my debut in the world of blogging, so I would like for this first entry to simply explain who I am and what the purpose of this blog is.

I am a recent college graduate–hallelujah!, I work full time as a lead writer–woowoo!, and I love and serve my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ–bigger woowoo!. Now, I know that some of you may not be a Christian and that some of you are, but the point of this blog is to 1.) Just get my writing out there—receive feedback from you on some of the poetry, nonfiction, and fiction I may post and 2.) To just share what I am learning while putting together my first collection, including what God has been teaching me J

For the curious at heart, here are just a few other random tidbits about myself:

  • Hardcore Phoenix Suns fan
  • Yellow is my favorite color
  • I am in love with Christian rock, hard rock, and metal
  • Concerts are my favorite pastime (I like to mosh!)
  • I love Hannah Montana (yea, I know…)
  • I direct a discipleship community 🙂
  • And if it isn’t obvious enough, I love writing

Now that you know a little bit about me and what this blog is going to entail, I want to hear all about you! Nah, just kidding! 😉 But, I do want to leave you with the following to ponder on (even if you do believe in a greater being):

Sometimes, actually most of the time I feel clueless, in the dark, and even itinerant. I don’t know what next week, tomorrow, or even the rest of today has in store. The truth is that I simply do not have all of the answers, but there should be someone or something greater and bigger who should have those answers, right? Have you ever really thought about an all-knowing being? Again I ask, have you ever really sat and thought about the existence of an all-knowing, all-seeing, all-everything being?

Just something for you to reflect upon until the next time we verbally meet again 🙂

Oh and just one more thing, LET’S GO SUNS!!!!
J

Be Blessed,

Erica
