Just Don't.

Need some encouragement? We ALL do. Maybe you don't know where to go, what to do, who to be with, or maybe you don't even believe in God. But, we all have one thing in common--need. We all need to be lifted up, need to be remembered, need to be accounted for, and most importantly, we all need LOVE. You may not want to admit to those needs, but innately, we feel a need for something.

Fortunately for us, there is a God who not only loves us, but has a plan for us. He created us for a purpose; and if we acknowledge Him, He will direct our path (Proverbs 3:6). Just let that sit a bit.

So with all of that said, here is a little poem I wrote a while back. Let me know what you think :)

Don’t, Because

Don’t fear

because He has you in His grip

Don’t worry
because He has a path set before you

Don’t let anyone steal your joy
because He has much for you to praise Him for

Don’t let pride dictate you
because He has better things in store

Don’t stress
because He has it all worked out already

Don’t hate
because He loved you so much that He gave His life

Don’t focus on the small things
because He is bigger than them all

Don’t follow this world
because He is preparing a place for you

Don’t regret
because He can turn any mistake into a miracle.
